The very first Honda Ballade was launched in South Africa in 1982 and quickly took its stand as one of Honda’s most iconic vehicle in the country. The all new Honda Ballade will launch with three models: Comfort, Elegance and RS. All models are equipped with the new 1.5L DOHC i-VTEC powertrain and continuously variable transmission (CVT). On an exterior design, the new Honda Ballade shows off a sleek and sporty look with this model being larger than previous ones. The Honda Ballade Comfort and Elegance models come equipped with projector type halogen lights, while the top of the range RS is fitted with LED headlights and fog lights. All Models comes standard with LED daytime running lights and distinctive LED taillights. The Comfort and Elegance models come with 15” alloy wheels while the RS model gains 16” Alloy wheels. The RS model is further differentiated through the addition of front and rear sport bumpers, boot spoiler, mesh type grill and a unique fog light housing.
The all new Ballade depicts a modern driver orientated design which achieves the perfect combination of functional ease of use, high quality materials and beauty. This vehicle offers comfortable seating position with easy access to various vehicle controls. Driving comfort has been improved by means of high-quality fabric upholstery in the comfort and elegance models, while the top of the range RS features premium leather upholstery. Another exciting addition will be the 8” touchscreen infotainment system with apple CarPlay and Android Auto available on the Elegance and RS models. The top of the Range RS gains addition technology such as smart entry with walk away auto locking, rear view parking camera and electric sunroof.
For added peace of mind the Honda Ballade comes standard with a 5 year / 200000km warranty, a 4 year / 60000km service plan and 3-year AA roadside assistance.
